Each participant receives individualized coaching while progressing side by side.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE REFORMER YET THERE ARE THREE MATS SO ONLY ONE TEEN CAN BE ON THE REFORMER AT A TIME
MY INTENT WOULD BE TO HAVE ONE STUDENT ON THE REFORMER AND ONE ON THE MATT AND THEN HALFWAY THROUGH SWITCHED THEM SO THEY HAD EQUAL TIME ON BOTH APPARATUS
Teen + BFF Sessions (Assessment + 2 Sessions):
Reformer (in person) or Mat (in person or virtual)
Nutrition (in person or virtual)
20 Minute Duet Pilates
15 Minutes Teen A Nutrition Education Session
15 Minute Teen B Nutrition Education Session
Total Sessions will be 50 minutes (yes they is 10 minutes longer than if done as an individual)
