40-Minute In-Person or Virtual Pilates
Mat Pilates gives you the freedom to develop strength, stability, alignment, mobility, and control without depending on equipment.
I am certified in Mat Pilates through both Equinox and Reforming Pilates, with training across classical, contemporary, and Sculpt Mat Pilates.
This allows me to create a session that may be precise and foundational, athletic and progressive, or a thoughtful combination of both—depending on your needs and preferences.
The Reformer gives your body resistance, assistance, and external feedback. The mat teaches you to create support, stability, and control from within.
Private Mat sessions may be completed in person or virtually, allowing you to continue your practice from home, while traveling, or during weeks when getting to an in-person session feels impossible.
Virtual does not mean generic. Every session remains private, progressive, and personally programmed.
Your location may change. Your schedule may change. Your ability to remain connected to your practice does not have to.
